Healthcare staffing is not a sourcing business. It is a screening and credentialing business wearing a sourcing business’s clothes. That is where we put our weight.
Ask any nurse manager about agency partners and you will hear the same three complaints. The submittals are unscreened. The credentialing falls apart after the offer. And the recruiter who sold the relationship disappears the moment the contract is signed.
None of those are hard problems. They are just unprofitable ones to solve at volume, so most firms do not. They optimize for submittal count, because submittal count is what a dashboard measures.
We built Clinician Staffing around the opposite trade: fewer submittals, each one real. A clinician we have actually spoken to, whose license we have actually verified, who is actually available on your start date.
Credentialing takes what it takes. We give you the real window at intake, even when a competitor is promising you something faster than the paperwork can actually move.
No blind submittals, no rate games, no pressure to accept. A clinician who feels handled once never answers the phone again — and they are the entire business.
The file is the product. If it does not survive a survey, we have not delivered anything, however fast we delivered it.
Nursing, respiratory, imaging and providers under one standard, so nobody gets to point at another vendor when a start date slips.
Nothing exotic. We take a longer intake than most agencies, we speak to every candidate before you see them, and we finish the credentialing file before submittal rather than after the offer. That is the entire method. It is unremarkable and almost nobody does it, because doing it properly means sending you three candidates instead of eleven and the dashboard rewards eleven.
Because the answers determine whether the placement works. Unit acuity, the real ratio rather than the posted one, which drips are titrated, which equipment is in use, the EMR, the shift pattern, and why the role is open. That last one matters most: a seat open because of growth is a different conversation than one open because three people left in a quarter, and a candidate will find out either way.
Contingent by default. You pay when a placement starts, not when a search opens. We publish our rate structure rather than treating it as a negotiation advantage, because a prospect who knows the number before the first call is a better prospect. If we think the role is fillable directly and does not warrant an agency fee, we will say so — a facility running the right staffing mix stays a client for years, and one bleeding on agency spend eventually cuts every vendor including us.
Whether you are covering a unit or looking for your next assignment, start with a conversation.
