A recruiter who reads the whole chart

You have been spammed by agencies who never read your credentials, never checked your specialty and pitched you a role three states away. We work differently, and it is not complicated: we listen first.

What you get

The things that actually matter on assignment

Straight pay conversation

You get the rate, the breakdown and the stipend structure in writing before you commit. No "we will discuss it on the call," no number that changes after you accept.

One recruiter, start to finish

The person who calls you first is the person who handles your credentialing, your start date and your extension. You are not passed to a queue after you sign.

Credentialing handled

We chase the licenses, the certifications, the immunization records and the references. You send documents once and we do the follow-up.

Licensure support

We help with state applications, temporary permits and renewal tracking, and we cover qualifying application fees on our assignments.

Real unit detail

Ratios, acuity, EMR, shift pattern, float expectations and why the role is open. You should know what you are walking into before day one.

We stay on the assignment

Check-ins during the contract, help if something goes wrong on the unit, and an extension conversation before your end date — not after.

Assignment types

However you want to work

Travel

8–26 week contracts nationwide with housing and travel stipends, extension options and block scheduling where the facility allows it.

Local contract

Contract rates without relocating. Common where you want assignment flexibility but need to stay inside commuting distance.

Per diem

Pick up shifts around your schedule. Credential once with us and stay deployable across multiple facilities in your market.

Permanent

Direct hire when you are ready to settle, including supervisor, lead technologist and department leadership moves.

Questions

What clinicians ask us first

Does it cost me anything to work with you?

Placement is always free to you. Our fee is paid by the facility, and on our assignments we cover qualifying license application fees as well. You will never be asked to pay us to be represented, submitted or placed. If we ever mention a service that does carry a cost, we will say so plainly and tell you who provides it, and you are under no obligation.

Will you submit me without telling me?

Never. We ask permission before every single submittal, and we tell you the facility, the unit, the rate and the shift before you say yes. Blind submittals damage your candidacy and your reputation.

How does pay actually break down on a travel contract?

Your weekly package is typically a taxable hourly wage plus non-taxable stipends for housing and meals, where you qualify under IRS rules by maintaining a tax home. We show you the full breakdown in writing and we will not pretend a blended number is all take-home.

Can you help me get licensed in another state?

Yes. We guide compact privileges, walk you through non-compact applications, help with temporary permits where a state offers them, and reimburse application fees on qualifying assignments. Timelines vary widely by state and we will give you a realistic one.

What if the assignment is not what I was told?

Tell us immediately. We address it with the facility directly. If the role was materially misrepresented, we will work to move you rather than leave you to finish it out.

How much experience do I need?

For most contract roles, facilities want at least one year in your specialty, and many acute care units want two. Per diem and permanent roles are often more flexible. If you are newer, tell us — we will be straight about what is realistic.
